What happens if I need to cancel a session?
24 hour cancellation notice need or forfeit session
24 hours notice is required for cancelled sessions. Reasonable notice to reschedule sessions within same week.

When should I arrive for my session?
It is best to arrive a few minutes before your session, this allows you to begin warming up. Sessions will continue if you arrive late.
What if I need to go on holidays and I have a membership?
Memberships can be suspended for holidays. Simply email dates to Gail here.
Do sessions roll over if I can’t attend?
If your membership or per week sessions haven’t been put on hold for example due to a holiday, there are no roll over sessions. If you can’t attend, accountability and commitment will help you be come consistent in training and help you to achieve your personal results.
Note: Reasonable notice to reschedule sessions within same week.

Do I need to bring anything with me for my sessions?
Yes, please bring water, a towel and for pilates you will need to have pilates socks.
