Class Descriptions
Reformer Pilates: Reformer Machine Pilate - Focused functional toning total body - core strength
Circuit Weights: Interval machine/dumbbell strength training with interval cardio/pilates workout Focused: Body Shaping, muscle strength and endurance - Circuits change every week
Reformer Pilates Stretch: Active Pilates Stretch a mixture of dynamic and static movements with calming music - ideal to stretch the body out and clear your mind
Reformer Pilates Abs and Stretch: Similiar to the above but a little burn with a core workout before you sink into your calming stretch for your body and mind

Session Info
Session Time
45 minutes * please arrive QUIETLY 2 -5 min early to your booked session.
This allows you to begin warming up on cardio equipment or on mat if available - while previous session comes to an end.
Sessions will continue if you arrive late.
Cancellation
24 hour cancellation notice need or forfeit session
24 hours notice is required for cancelled sessions. Reasonable notice to reschedule sessions within same week.
